Jason is managing director of TY Capital Group with considerable experience in financial markets, specialising in investment advisory, private credit and wealth management. Along with his team, Jason provides advice to a range of clients in both domestic and international direct equities, private credit, managed funds and corporate deal flow. Prior to founding TY Capital Group, Jason previously held director roles at a leading financial advisory firm and was a senior manager at S&P 500-listed companies. He has been admitted as a member of Chartered Accountants ANZ. Jason holds a Master of Business (MBus) from the University of Adelaide and a Bachelor of Engineering from Tianjin University.

Alex is Co-Chief Portfolio Manager of the Tycoon Global Growth Equity Fund and Co-Director of TY IMA Service, with over 18 years of experience in domestic and international equity markets. He specialises in stock selection, portfolio construction, and equity research, combining fundamental analysis with macroeconomic cycle trends to deliver consistent, long-term double-digit returns that outpace market benchmarks. Along with his team, Alex manages investment portfolios exceeding AUD 400 million for a range of institution and HNW clients. Prior to his current role, Alex was a key member of the portfolio management teams at Hunter Hall International (now Pengana Funds) and Rest Super. He has been a CFA charterholder since 2009. Eric leads the team of TY Corporate Advisory and Capital Markets with a decade of experience across Australia and the Asia-Pacific region, specialising in IPOs, capital raising, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic advisory.

Eric has advised on numerous ASX transactions across the full deal lifecycle, spanning across a range of sectors, including mining and natural resources, energy and renewables, consumer products, healthcare and life sciences, real estate, and financial services. He was previously Head of Corporate Finance and Responsible Manager of an Australian Financial Services Licence at a Sydney-based corporate finance firm, and spent over seven years as Director and Head of Capital Markets at a national investment banking group, where he led IPOs and cross-border transactions as Lead Manager and Corporate Advisor for corporate, international and institutional clients.

Eric holds a Master of Professional Accounting from UNSW and a Bachelor of Science from Fudan University. He is also a sessional academic at UNSW Business School, teaching Applied Corporate Finance and Intermediate Business Finance, and has mentored students through UNSW’s Career Discovery Mentoring Program. Eric is fluent in English and Mandarin.
